I have a Macbook air 2017 (Monterey) and I am looking for a way to connect wirelessly with a Toshiba Regza TV.
Ii does not work with a dongle (stopping and flickering) and not with a Fire Stick TV 4k Select (not possible to download AirPlay since the VGA only allows internal apps).
Anyone hos has any ideas or experiences with something that works?
Check the specs on the specific model TV you have. "Regza" is a line of TVs that has existed since ~2007. Does it support Airplay 2?

An alternative would be an Apple TV 4K. Or a wired connection.

Hi, the model number of the Toshiba is 32AV615DG and I have no idea if it supports AirPlay 2. How do I find out?
The dongle is a QIDUHUQI 4K Wireless Miracast Dongle.
