CarPlay: Remove Apple Music and Calendar from split view

CARPLAY AND APPLE MUSIC QUESTION. I have an iPhone 12 and a 2020 Jetta SEL premium. When using navigation with CarPlay, I use the split screen. The left is the map, big, and the right is split between the instructions at the top and an Apple Music box below that says “Not Playing”. I do not have Apple Music nor do I have the app in my phone. I have gone into my settings > general > CarPlay and customized the list of icons to have Apple Music at the bottom but it does not have a red minus sign to remove it. This is so annoying. Also, I have removed the calendar app from this list but my calendar events still show on CarPlay split screen shrinking my nav and Spotify song choice. I don’t want to see these! I have to change the time of my event for the calendar reminder to go away. Is there any way to completely remove both the calendar and Apple Music app? I do not need or want to see these things. This is ridiculous in 2026.
