Air buds pro don't fit - design flaw

I cannot get a fit even with Comply foam tips after trying all of Apple sizes including xxs. How does Apple plan to fix?

Sorry pal I don’t buy it. Never had a problem before this. You guys are slipping. And I will be returning it/them for sure.

You have several different tips to accommodate many shapes of ears to get the best fit, so if they are not working for you then I would recommend to return the AirPods. You are given 14 days by Apple to determine if they are going to work for you if purchased from Apple, and if purchased elsewhere it will depend on their return policy. The AirPod Pro is by far the most adaptable when it comes to fitment of the many different shapes of users ears, but since we are all unique you may have a different experience.

"You guys"? We certainly do not work for Apple, so really have no idea what you are referring to. If none of the 5 included tips work for you, the I recommended you should return the AirPods. The alternative is one with a single molded tip and hope that one works for you. In any case, buy whatever works best for you, I think that is common sense.
