Can I create a 3rd iCloud account using the same phone number? After 50 days

I have not seen anywhere where Apple says you cannot use a telephone number with multiple accounts, but I have seen others (who are users just like you and me) post here saying you cannot. Because family members may share a telephone, to me it would not make sense that a telephone number could not be used by multiple accounts. However, in this world things do not have to make sense. I would say just try, and if you cannot then you have your answer.
