What is Apple iForgot website?
I got this text which does not make sense as I have not forgotten my apple password. The number is blocked so I can't identify it. Is this a scam and how could it have gotten my number?

It's a scam; delete and report it. Apple will never send you an SMS- in the extremely rare cases when Apple may send you a message, it'll be via iMessage.
