How do I fix Chess app that doesn't end the game after checkmate on MacBook Air?

When I use the chess app on my mac I can only take pieces when I move the game keeps going after I take the opponents king and when I take all the opponents pieces they win. How do I fix this?

How can I make Microsoft Teams App work on my MacBook Air? When I download the Microsoft Teams App to my MacBook Air, it lands in the dock but when I open it, it gives me an error message saying ' we've run into an issue and then restart' . Restarting it doesn't fix it. I have deleted the app, updated the MAC OS system and tried re downloading but it still doesn't work. It worked fine before but started doing this about 6 weeks ago. Start a new game of a type other than Suicide or Losers.
