Copying from iCloud Drive to Windows 11 impossible but not the other way around

Hello everybody,

I'm having trouble copying files from my iCloud drive to my computer (Windows 11). This is impossible, but copying files from my computer to iCloud is no problem. Deleting files on my drive via Windows Explorer is also no problem at all.

Even if it's only a 10KB file, copying it from Drive to my hard drive is impossible. The transfer speed remains at 0%, and due to an unexpected error, I can't copy the file.

Also when I view my iCloud photos in Windows Explorer, all the thumbnails are immediately visible. However, when copying a photo to my drive, I get the same error message again.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
