Paramountplus subscription using Apple has ended early

I cancelled my Paramountplus subscription (purchased through Apple ID) early knowing it would still run until the end date of the subscription, 21 January 2026, but it now tells me I have to subscribe again, with still 10 days to go?

Cant seem to see why? Help please?

How did you cancel this? If you did it through Apple's standard system then it should run until the end of the subscription. If you called Apple they may have misunderstood you and thought you wanted to end it immediately.

I cancelled by going to settings> my photo>subscriptions.

it was still available on my iPhone so we just cast it to the TV. And later it returned to the iPad.

i haven’t tried the TV app again yet, so will update you later. Thanks for your reply.

the only thing I’m thinking could have caused it to the TV would the TV system had an update, but that wouldn’t have been activated until we turned it off, not before.
