Camera settings missing from Settings app on iPhone 17 Pro

I recently purchased an iphone 17 Pro and one of the first things I did was change the photo format to "most compatible" which is jpg because I work with the pictures in Photoshop and in slideshows. My daughter has a 16 Pro and I wanted to tell her how to do it. So, I started trying to find it. The guide book says Settings>Camera>Formats. However, the Camera app does not now come up in my Settings. Searching for it ends with "No results." What happened and how do I get it back?

iPhone 17 Pro, iOS 26

This is on a 16 with 26.2:

The options are in sections, not alphabetical Camera in the same section as General.

You didn't mention what iOS your daughter is using.

As Old Toad says, a forced re-start is a good idea. This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
