I want to talk to a tech support!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!

I have the new MacBook Air , the 1 that was released last march.

I´m in the area design so, the work that I do is not sooo heavy, just working with graphics in photoshop, adobe in general.

3 days ago my Mac suddenly changed the desktop and ask me usuarname and pass. I'm the only 1 that use the computer, I have everything there, the part that didn't upload to the iCloud.

I can´t access Idon´t what to do.

I would like a tech FaceTime me to arrange it. I have the 1 year gargantia ......
