Get CDEFGAB text notes from MIDI in GarageBand/Logic Pro?

Getting musical text notes, not notations, from Garageband

Is there any way to get the notes from midi file in GarageBand or Logic Pro? I played the software instrument, recorded and edit, selected score.

but it gives musical notations. But I need musical text notes like CDEFGAB. not notations.

Is there any way to do it?

I found a site for midi to text. I want to do it natively in Mac.

Any help will be appreciated .
