I see nothing in your report which indicates a particular problem. However, I do see a single process, corespotlightd, that is noted as causing heavy CPU usage. I've had experience with that one eating CPU cycles.

Corespotlightd is related to indexing files on the Mac. In my case, keeping iCloud documents open in the Pages app triggered the constant processing. Once I downloaded my most used docs to the Mac and used them locally, the process stopped. Your mileage may vary.

As for running the battery down very quickly, if you are near a power outlet when you use the computer, you should get in the habit of plugging it in. A rule of thumb for getting battery longevity is to plug in when power is available and only use the battery when power is not available.

I also agree with everything that D.I. Johnson has provided. Your Spotlight processes are not as high as I have seen from others with the Pages/iCloud issue, but they are certainly on the right track there and correct on the charging recommendation. If it is a bug in the OS causing that problem, it would be resolved in an update, so keeping your OS current will be instrumental to see an improvement.
