Apple Music playlist in Chinese on Mac but English on iPhone

Recently noticed that my favorite songs playlist on Apple Music on my Mac is in Chinese. This is the one that is automatically generated when I favorite a song. It's worth noting that I do not speak any Chinese nor can I imagine setting any part of my computer to use it. As far as I can tell, this is the only place there is Chinese on my computer. The same playlist is in English on my phone.
