Find Photos that aren't in Albums on iPhone 13?

Is there an iPhone APP for my iPhone 13 that can find all of my Photos that aren't in Albums?

I want to locate any and either Add them into Albums or Delete them to reduce the storage space so that I don't overload my iPhone or the free 5gb of iCloud storage. I store the original, full-size Photos that I want to keep on my Windows PC after I email them to myself.

I now put every Photo or PrintScreen on my iPhone into an Album or I Delete it.

I use the Compress APP, set to the 20% since it only takes any image down to 62kb and those work fine on Facebook. I bet most social media APPs reduce them anyway to maximize Upload and Download speed, but the first time I ran Compress, I didn't know to have it Set to Keep The New Image in Album that it's in, or whatever that Setting says, so then I had to manually scroll thru all 950+ Photos and Add To Album in groups. I might have missed some.

I did wisely tap Delete Original Image setting after it was done.
