Do you live in Russia and did you let someone sign into your iPhone, presumably to download something you want, but couldn't get on your own? If the answer is yes, you have given ownership of your iPhone to the scammers and no one, not even Apple can help you regain control of your iPhone. There is no Apple Support in Russia. And the only way Apple would be willing to help would be for you to visit another country where Apple does provide support and you'd have to present the original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple Authorized Seller, which shows the iPhone serial number on the receipt. A receipt for anyone else would not qualify for assistance from Apple.

We've seen a LOT of people in Russia fall victim to this scam. Usually the scammers require you pay a ransom to get back in your account. But that often just leads to demands for even more money. Buying a new phone and learning from such an unfortunate situation is your best course of action.
