Shure SE215 Wired EarBuds to Wired Bluetooth EarBuds

I want to convert my wired Shure SE 215's IEM headphones, to bluetooth wired headphones, connected to a DAC amp, to enjoy music and answer/call my phone with voice commands. I don't like the wired Apple phones, nor do I want bluetooth Air pods. I love the Shure sound over the Apple products, the Shure seal in my ear much better & have noise cancellation. Yes Shure does have a RMCE-TW 2 bluetooth adapter, that sits behind the ears. I would think that when I ride my bike, having a bike helmet on would interfere and put pressure on the ears. It would be uncomfortable.

I have looked at the Qudelix-5k Bluetooth DAC Amp, it looks like that can work. I also think that Filo BTR15 or 17 can work.

I want to make sure I can make/receive calls with voice commands using Siri, and to charge the phone, without having the lightening connector dedicated to the wired headphones.

I want to use the Shures when I am on zoom calls, steaming music, making phone calls, or charging my phone, when in my office.

Reason for converting the earbuds, I feel that the only get the fidelity when listing to my music, is using a high level DAC amp.

I hope someone can give me some good insight!

Thx in advance!
