Unable to Restore Apple TV
I’m trying to restore my Apple TV on my MacBook. But I’m getting the error, “The Apple TV "Apple TV" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4013).” Anyone know how to get past this?

That model should be restorable through a computer, unless there are severe hardware failures that make it impossible.
Restore your Apple TV - Apple Support
- Verify that you powered the Apple TV box independently at the intended moment (step 4).
- Verify that you used a USB-C cable that supports data transfers. Some cables may be for charging only, or bespoke for certain third party devices and functions (learn more).
