Giftcards transaction not processing

I am trying to purchase Apple giftcard on your website. After I place order, my bank has deducted from my account and approved the transaction. But, I don’t receive the card, instead a email saying unable to process due to my bank not approving transaction. My bank is approving and money taken so

I don’t understate i am unable to purchase card please help
