Apple books syncing issue - Lulu app related?

I had an issue where excessive data was consumed without my knowledge in my MBP M1 with MacOS 15.2. During inquiry I found out that its because I tapped on some live wallpapers and it wont still until its downloaded completely. Tried putting low data mode, removing the high bandwidth activity from activity monitor, but did not work. Finally I had to rely on a 3rd party app (Lulu) to block that specific function (idleassetsd) which seems to solve the issue.

I recently noticed that my apple books library in the macbook is not syncing with my Ipad. But its showing uploading notification on the bottom of the apple books window. So, I thought maybe the Lulu is blocking this too. But books was allowed. Anyway, I uninstalled Lulu to see the effect. And....it worked. It synced up my apple book library. But the huge data consumption is back.

So I think the most effective way to manage this is to install Lulu and block idleassetsd process, try and find the process that blocks uploading of books to be synced in my icloud and allow it. Any idea about how to make this work?
