Create a Profile, and then Install it:

In-Depth:
I. Create the Profile and Save it:
- Download: Apple Configurator for Mac
- Open: Apple Configurator
- Go to: File menu
- Select: New Profile
- Select: Restrictions (located on the left pane)
- Click: Configure
- Deselect: Allow Use of Podcasts (supervised only)
- Go to: File menu
- Select: Save...
- Save as: Podcast_Disabler.mobileconfig
- Save to: Documents folder
- Close: Apple Configurator

Install the New Profile
- Open: System Settings
- Select: General
- Click: Device Management
- Click: the + button
- Select: Podcast_Disabler.mobileconfig profile
- Click: Open button
- Click: Continue button
- Click: Install button
- Close: System Settings
