How to unlock a locked Apple account inside an Apple Store with an unhelpful, prejudiced staff member?

I’m inside the Apple Store. They kept telling me to come and I was talking to the guy he act like he didn’t wanna help me. He looked a little prejudice from inside his face that I did not like.

unlock I made a mistake and locked my account. I was mad and frustrated one day. Can you please help me? I’m inside the Apple Store talking to a prejudice person that I do not feel comfortable with please help.

Ask to speak to the Store Manager if you feel uncomfortable with any personnel serving you.

Unless that person is the store manager. ;-)

As you’re quite possibly no longer in the Apple Store, the usual paths available for regaining Apple Account access:

If your Apple Account is locked, not active, or disabled - Apple Support
How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple Account password - Apple Support

You can send your store feedback as postal mail or can use the 408 phone number for Apple Corporate:

This is a user to user forum. We do not work for Apple, we are customers just like you.

This is a wordwide forum. I could be on the other side of the planet from you. ;-)

If things are not working out with the person helping you, find a reason to not need that person's help anymore, wait until they are busy with somebody else, then find a different person to help you.
