Annual vs. monthly music subscription payment
Where or how do I pay for an annual music subscription in stead of monthly payments? and is the yearly subscription the same as the monthly?

The same place you pay for the monthly subscription. On your Mac or other Apple device, go to Settings ➜ Account ➜ (On Mac, click on Media & Purchases) Subscriptions (on Mac click on Manage) ➜ Apple Music and select the Yearly option from the available subscription tears.
You need to be subscribed to the monthly option before the Yearly option is available. When you select the Yearly option, your monthly subscription will be cancelled, a prorated refund for it will be issued, and you will be charged for the Yearly subscription at that point.
and is the yearly subscription the same as the monthly?
No, one is monthly (ie charged every month) and the other one is yearly (ie changed once a year).
If you mean in regards to content access and features, yes, they are the same. The difference is just how often thy are charged.
