How can I use the pre-2018 DragonDictate usb headset, which came with my DragonDictate Mac software, with my macOS 15.7 MacBook Air and Apple Dictation?

Plug in the USB headphones to the Mac.
Then click Apple menu > System Settings... > Sound, find the input & output options and select the headphones.
You may also need to give your dictation app access to the Microphone in System Settings... > Privacy & Security.

I noticed that after finishing a paragraph, when I say, "new paragraph", the Dictation seems to stop. It's easy enough to get going again, but are there any good instructions or tutorials you, or anyone, can recommend?
