Honestly yeah but if u need speed charging then a Macbook 60W and really fast charging then a 95W but I am warning you; DO NOT EVER USE A 140W. they are WAY TOO POWERFUL and will toast your ipad.

You clearly have no understanding of how USB PD charging operates. A healthy device that supports USB PD charging, such as Mac, will only draw the power that it needs to charge.

The same applies for devices that are capapable of fast-charging; the device will only draw the power that it requires from the connected supply - and no more. It matters not one jot if the Power Adapter is rated at 60W, 100W or more.

Your iPad or iPhone will suffer no ill effects whatsoever for being connected to a compatible USB-C Power Adapter that supports USB PD (Power Delivery), regardless of the potential Power Output of a high-power supply. The device being charged will only draw the power that it needs to charge its battery and support running processes.

If, however, the Power Adapter is not compatible with the device being charged or does not support USB PD, or the device being charged is itself faulty, then damage can occur. In fault conditions, a high-power supply has the capacity to cause significant damage to connected devices.

It is perfectly normal for your iPad or iPhone to become warm (or very warm) while it is being charged - in particular if the device is running CPU/GPU intensive Apps or processes while doing so. If the iPad/iPhone does become too warm at any time, the device will automatically take steps to protect itself from damage. Additional information can be found here.

If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support

In conclusion, unless your iPad or iPhone have a fault - or the Power Adapter is fundamentally incompatible - then your assertion is incorrect. If you have damaged multiple devices, you should discard your Power Adapter and charging cables.
