Anyone know how I can consolidate two Apple billing items on my debit card into one monthly charge? One is for storage and the other for some gmail/google feature that I'm not even clear on.

Charges can't be combined unless there's a bundle which covers both or you use the Add Funds to Apple Account option to leave enough to cover them.

Why would you think two items from different vendors could be consolidated? Why would it matter if you receive two invoices each from a different vendor? What possible advantage would combining them offer if it were possible? (It isn’t, if I’ve correctly described the scenario.)
