Cleaning a Hard Drive:
One can only assume what you mean by “clean” and cleaning”. If you are not referring to erasing/formatting, but as for physically cleaning it, use compressed air, and swipe it down with a microfiber cloth.
Your exceptionally well-crafted Macintosh computer does not accumulate filth that needs any third-party anything to clean it. Everything needed to run it efficiently was included in the box, except ONE: a drive on which to store a second copy of your files in case the first copy is damaged or deleted by accident. The backup software, Time Machine, is already present -- integrated deeply into MacOS.

How do you propose that the OP access the hard drive on a MacBook Pro to spray it with compressed air (even assuming that's a wise thing to do)?

I don't think you're seeing it from my end --remove the debris --clean it up. This isn't pseudocode..
pls tell me what you meant tho? as in like to free up the storage on the mac or to erase the entire hard drive. idk.
