Unable to Create New Automations in Apple Home – “Processing Could Not Be Completed”

I am experiencing an issue with Apple Home where I am unable to create any new automations. Every time I try to add one, I receive an error message stating: “Processing could not be completed.” This problem started recently and was not occurring before. I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but none have resolved the issue. I am looking for guidance or a solution from anyone who has encountered and fixed this problem. All my devices are always up to date- I have 2 apple tv 4k’s and 2 Homepod mini’s. All my devices are on the latest IOS version.
