How to bookmark a page in Safari to a specific folder on iPadOS 26.2?

with the new update of my ipad (iPadOS 26.2) I am unable to bookmark a page in safari to a specific folder. It keeps defaulting to the last folder I bookmarked to. How do I do this?

Please check if you can see this icon, it should allow you to select correct folder.
