Identify which number was called in shared call history

I apologize, I misread your post. Unfortunately, the only way to achieve what you want is to stop sharing an Apple Account on your business and personal phones. I understand this is not ideal.

You need to make sure that each number in a given contact is properly labeled (e.g., work, mobile, home). Then, you'll see the label in Recents.

I have two phones and an ipad and all the outgoing calls are, as you say, in one list on all devices. There seems to be no way to know which device made the outgoing call.

I tried turning off Phone in iPhone, Settings, [tap your name], iCloud, see all, Phone & Facetime but it made no difference.
