Placed print order 3 time, error message- THREE CHARGES IN CHECKING

I placed an order three to four times since I kept getting a "no connection" message. I tried to order around 140 4x6 prints ... each time getting this error. Well, I just checked my checking account... and there are two pending charges already from Apple ... two charges are on deck I am sure. I called support and they can't direct me to a real human to discuss billing issues. I am required to fill out an online form with hopes that they will email me back?
