18 times in a row Apple has blocked my account from purchasing for 48 hours at a time. They refuse to escalate high enough to get this fixed once and for all. Do I have other options?
No other options unless the vendor also sells the product directly.
Since it sounds like you already have Apple working on this and they haven't solved it yet, there is nothing much that we (other humble Apple product customers like yourself) can do about this
