Organizing Apple Cash into spending envelopes for Apple Pay

Is there currently a way to organize my Apple Cash into "Envelopes". For instance, instead of just one overall Apple Cash balance, I want to be able to organize my Apple Cash into envelopes, such as "Groceries", "Entertainment", "Vehicle Fuel", etc. Then, when I use my phone to pay using Apple Pay, I can choose the appropriate Apple Cash envelope as the "card" to use for the payment. Is there something like this available already? If not, how do I make a feature request?
