You will need to understand the operating system version and other installation requirements for the Bluebeam software. If you can satisfy those requirements in a compatible Parallel's Desktop guest environment, use the free trial to evaluate compatibility. At 260USD/yr subscription for even the least expensive version of Bluebeam raises the big why question.
For Parallels, the macOS guest must be Big Sur or later. If your Mac is an Apple Silicon based architecture, your guest and the software it runs will need to be ARM64 or Universal2 based. Your Mac must have sufficient RAM to support your host operating system, the Parallels application, and your guest resource demands of its operating system and the Bluebeam Revu software. If you don't have enough RAM, don't do this.
I recommend you put your guest operating system on a real fast external SSD. Mine are on a 2TB Thunderbolt 5 OWC Envoy Ultra and I have 64 GB RAM on my M4 Mac Mini Pro.
You will not have the ability to sign into your Apple ID on these macOS guest operating systems including Sequoia v15.7.3. It will take your Apple ID, and valid password, then reject this with an undetermined error message. This has occurred with all releases of Parallels Desktop Pro 26.* including the current update to 26.2.1. Parallels is aware of this and have not fixed it in several months, potentially pinning the blame on Apple.
