The Network Connection was Reset

I downloaded some music from the Apple Store. I am experiencing problems! It says "The Network Connection was Reset". How do I fix this error message so my songs will download to my PC's I-Tunes?

Plus, I think I was over charged ...my store credits went from $75 to $39.89 just for two albums!

By now I wonder whether you have managed to successfully download the music that you've purchased. If so, this may be because the cause of the issue has been corrected, either by a re-start of your computer or because an online problem has been sorted out.

If you haven't yet tried again, I suggest that you do so now.

My understanding of the US retail system (assuming that is where you are located) is that the price does not include sales tax, which is added to the total cost of the two albums. So without more detail of the price of the albums and the local sales tax in your state, there is no way for anyone here to comment on that (other than my observation).

If you think that your claim is valid, you're more likely to get back any overpayment by taking the issue up with store.
