AirPods Pro's case led is blinking orange

My AirPods Pro's case led is blinking orange. Both buds connect and work fine. Case connects only when the lid is open. On Find My app it says the AirPods set-up is not complete. Buds are on firmware 8B28, case is on 8A356. Tried resetting and re-pairing a dozen of time. Removed them from bluetooth, Find My app. Let the case sit there while connected to power for hours both lid open and closed. Nothing seems to work. The case led is still blinking orange and I cannot track the device on Find My app.

Also Enable Case Sounds setting is greyed out. Another thing is if I disable Find My Network in AirPods settings they begin to show up fine on Find My app and I can even send sound to both earbuds fine. If I turn it back on Find My again says that the device set-up is not complete and it can't be tracked.

Can ayone help me with this?
