Matter Capable devices through walls and distance

Considering using an Aqara U400 smart door lock.

When it comes to distance and walls, I have 3 walls and 55' to door lock distance for a HomePod Gen2.

If using an AppleTV 4k, I have 3 walls and 40'

Are both of these factors too limiting for this Matter capable device, the Aqara U400? My hope is that someone has strong connectivity from personal use with both items; https://us.aqara.com/products/smart-lock-u400

The Aqara U400 lock requires a Thread-enabled Matter hub for optimal functionality. Both the Apple TV 4K and HomePod Mini qualify, but:

• The U400 relies on Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology for certain hands-free unlocking features, which are most effective when the controlling device is close (preferably within 3 meters) to avoid issues with walls.
• User Experiences: Some users have noted that connectivity improves significantly when the hub is within close proximity, particularly in environments that may interfere with signals.

Now after reading for a building environment, I cannot imagine placing either of my Apple device 9' to 15' from my home entrance door.

So is anyone successfully getting great connectivity through walls and distance such as mine?
