Black icon appeared after updating to iPadOS 26.2 on iPad
After updating to version 26.2 it installed a black icon. What is it, how to use it and how to delete it?

This icon relates to the Hover Text feature. Many have observed that this feature has been unexpectedly enabled by the iPadOS 26 upgrade.
Hover Text is simply disabled from iPad settings:
Settings > Accessibility > [Vision] Hover Text > Hover Text - set to OFF
