I have US Apple ID, pay AppleCare for iPhone & Watch and iCloud with balance, but for AirPods Pro 3 it asks card. I have no US card.

I have enough funds on my Apple ID balance. I’ve been paying for Apple Care and iCloud using gift cards. But now I can’t pay for Apple Care for AirPods Pro 3 because it’s asking for a U.S. credit card, which I don’t have. How can I resolve this issue?
