Option for Mac screen recording to stop on trackpad release

Tahoe is so so great I’m sure it’s way old but it’s lovely.  … but; When ‘screen recording’ on a Mac OS device (with/out a touch Bar), when we ( a user) clicks on the stop symbol in menu bar, the recording should end when the user releases their ‘ trackpad click’ , not as soon as they click it. or at least make this an option for us in settings.  🥴🥴out of it right now but , I hope the masterminds at apple can make sense of this and implement on the next update. pleaze  doit now thank you. Yes. Coder go thank you.
