iTunes on Windows 11 PC shows my new iPhone 14 as being blank when connected.

I recently got a refurbished iPhone 14 and had no issues with moving my data over from my old iPhone, a 2nd Gen. iPhone SE. This included my library of downloaded music, which I've created over the years by using iTunes to transfer downloaded music onto my phone to listen in the Music App with. No subscriptions or anything.

However, a few days ago, when I attempted to use iTunes again with my new iPhone 14 to add two new songs, it led to my entire library getting wiped out for some reason. After doing a full reset and using my SE to transfer my data again, I found that when connected to my computer, iTunes reads my 14 as being completely blank, which is likely why my library got deleted before. It still reads my SE like it should, and I can add music like before, so it's probably related to the sync settings, but I'm not sure how to address it without potentially deleting my library again.

Is there a way to fix this? I need iTunes to acknowledge that my new phone has all the same stuff as before.
