Make sure you have a current backup of your data. Water damage gets worse over time due to corrosion. We can not predict whether damage will occur in the future. Create and maintain a backup of all your data.

Probably nothing to worry about.

Worry is misuse of imagination anyway, so why bother?

Your Mac will be okay, or it won't. And you will only know which it will be over time.

At this point there is nothing to be done to prevent any further damage, so if/when it starts to misbehave, that will be the time to make choices about whether or not to repair or replace it.

Meanwhile, use your MacBook Air until you can't.
