Find My won't share location with sister after iOS update

Find my won’t complete connection to my sister when I click share and indefinite. GPS is set at “when shared”. So is find my. Other family members are working fine. Had a recent iOS update which changed settings but I’ve restored them now. What else can I try? WiFi, battery, all the suggestions already functioning properly
