MacBook Air M3 trackpad not responding in Logic Pro

Trackpad on my Macbook air is not responding well; most tasks ok, but

can't draw automatisation, can't move Cycle Range, sometimes cannot shift regions,

With external mouse no problems.

Logic trackpad unresponsive

AI-overzicht

Based on recent reports, users running Logic Pro 11.2 and 11.2.2 on MacBook Air (specifically M3 models) have reported that the built-in trackpad becomes unresponsive or buggy while using the software. This issue appears to affect specific workflow actions rather than total, system-wide failure, with external mice often working fine.

Reported Trackpad Issues in Logic 11.2:

* Cycle Range Issues: Inability to move or adjust the Cycle Range using the trackpad.

* Automation Editing: Inability to draw or edit automation.

* Region Manipulation: Inability to reliably shift or move regions.

* Unresponsive Areas: The trackpad may work for general navigation but fail on specific UI elements in Logic.
