Apple TV capping Ethernet speeds @100mbps it should be 1G. swapped 3 cables they all run @1G in other devices except th Apple TV.

The Apple TV 4K models (A1842 or later) should have a 1 Gbps ethernet port.
The Apple TV HD (4th generation) (A1625) would have a 100 Mbps ethernet port, not 1 Gbps.
