AirPods Pro low volume in Teams on Windows 11

I ran into a strange issue on Windows 11 when using Microsoft Teams with my AirPods Pro.

Even though

• Windows system volume was set to 100%
• the volume inside Teams was correctly adjusted
• audio worked perfectly fine in other applications (YouTube, music, system sounds)

the sound became extremely quiet as soon as I joined a Teams call.

Fix / Solution:

While being in an active Teams call, I increased the volume directly on the AirPods Pro using the swipe gesture on the stem.

After that, the call volume was back to normal.

It seems that AirPods on Windows maintain a separate internal volume level that is not automatically synced with Windows or Teams volume controls.
