Re: "Safari is not loading certain websites"

Wondering if you have installed any unnecessary third-party (non-Apple) apps like virus-checkers, ad-blockers, cleaners, and the like ... (even VPN). If so, try turning them off, (or use uninstallers from their developers to also get rid of files they have created) as they are likey to cause interference.

Any third-party apps that you find necessary also need to be kept updated so they do not cause compatibility issues.

Re: "i can access them on Google, but no longer on Safari".

Google's browser may be using up all the available resources, leaving little for Safari to work with.

If there is not much memory / storage space free on your Mac, making sure your Mac has at least 50Gb, pref more, in which to operate smoothly may help:

Check what's available in Apple menu  > System Settings > General > Storage.

NB: If Mac is short on storage space: It's wise to back up your Mac before deleting anything.

Re: ... "certain websites"

Particular web-site providers and / or their web-masters may have developed websites that only work well on certain browsers. Some web-masters may not have the skills, or be allocated enough paid work-time, to ensure their website loads and operates on all browsers. Many web-sites will provide "preferred browser" info, in their Help" or "Support" pages.
