Unable to play purchased episode of 'Last Man Standing' on Apple TV app and iMac

Purchased episode now unable to view.

I have watched an episode of "Last Man Standing" on the Apple TV App and on my computer several times. Yesterday I got a message "Content not compatible- try using an Apple device" on the TV App. I could stream other episodes but not the Season 3, Ep. 5. I switched to my iMac and the episode wouldn't play either.

The issue doesn't appear to be on my end but somewhere within the Apple network. How do I get someone to check this out?
