Mass duplication of Smart Playlists can't delete them

Mass random duplication of Smart Playlists. I think I may have hit the 100,000 track limit as nothing works any more. Cannot add new music, Sync Library fails to complete. Called Apple Support they had not seen anything like it so gave up. Now when logged out of account tried deleting lots of duplicated SmartPlaylists and once deleted (with the help of an applescript since cannot delete more than one at a time- Grr) then re-logged in to APple Music they all come back. Tried doing the same when logged in and they all come back - This is probably why it says I have hit the track limit due to replicated Playlists. (very similar to Apple Contacts mass duplication of entries when syncing same issue in that app).
