Apple has to take down royal match

• Apple complies with all court orders, so if an order was issued you would not see it in the App Store.
• If Apple removed every company that had been sued, you would not have any Google or Meta apps (including Facebook and Instagram) either. Both of those companies have been fined millions of dollars for the practices that affect users privacy and Facebook is filled with posts to links that are nothing more than false advertising. Google's revenue is predominantly based on advertising and are paid to show you those Ads that claim a virus has been detected on a device and you should download some software or subscribe to a service that you do not need. Google also has their own Ad Network used by Developers of games that are paid to show you the ads promoted by them.
• If you are getting ads for Royal Match, they are not coming from Apple. Where are you seeing them?
• In any case, you can always report a problem for an app you have downloaded by going to reportaproblem.apple.com

Load and use an ad blocker with your web browser. That’ll probably break a few sites too, but 🤷‍♀️
