Information appearing twice

Why does the same information appears twice?

No idea. No one responding here works for Apple. This is a user-to-user community.


All we can say is whether or not it happened to us. I have not required Apple service in five years, and did not see that status format at all then.


Was this in an email from Apple or on their web site? If the web site, you can use this to report it to Apple:


Feedback - Apple.com Website - Apple


Be sure to use the FIRST option under "✓ Select Feedback Category":



The other two are either dead links of circular references.
